Returns

  • As I offer a 'Bespoke' service there will be no returns. This is not a physical product to return and due to the 'bespoke' nature of having a Spiritual Tarot Reading this reading is unique to yourself and cannot be replaced or transferred to any other individual.

Refunds

  • Remember as this is a 'bespoke' reading exclusively prepared and delivered for you by me Kathleen Robinson , once you have received your reading, there will be no refunds permitted due to the exclusivity of this fact and it cannot be transeferred to anyother individual.

Cancellations

  • Once paid for there will be no refunds. This is worked on the basis that my time is not able to be utilised elsewhere. I will offer you the opportunity to book another time and date so that you do not lose out financially. If you cannot do that straight away I will send you a Karmaqueens Gift Voucher that has a life of 18 months to be redeemed.

Tarot Rules

  • We are not allowed to give readings to those under 18 yrs. 
  • We can read for over 16 with parental consent.
  • Whilst the reading gives insight, may we suggest that you use your own judgement when making important life changes.
  • Tarot Readings are classed a entertainment only
  • I am not allowed to forecast Death or Pregnancy

Bookings

  • Once you have made your online booking through my 'Live Online Diary' or if made directly with me I will send you an email requesting payment with immediate effect. Payment must be paid as requested otherwise the booking will be cancelled within 2 hours of you getting an email request for payment from me.

Service Delivery

  • During the course of delivering your Tarot Reading to you, I do appreciate that this reading can be influenced by situations outside of our control, such as poor quality audio recording due to poor reception via the internet. If this is the case, we will abandon the reading and you will be able to re-book your reading again as I will send you a link by email to rebook your reading at no extra cost to yourself.

Private Policy

  • I am bound to read for you in complete confidence, I do not share any information about you or the content 
  • Any forms you fill in are for the sole reason for me to get in touch with you, and I do not share any information .
  • Any phone numbers you give me are so I can contact you and I do not share this information with anyone.
  • Any transactions of a financial nature are done through PayPal or bank transfer (if you prefer, for UK customers only), on their secure services and I do not share that information with anyone.
  • The physical recordings of your readings that are sent to you via an online link when having a reading; and, are deleted within 1  month of sending to you. The recordings are not shared with anyone other than you my customer.
  • email readings in the form of e-book will be available on a secure link for 3 months then deleted. However you will be also sent your reading in a pdf file which is yours to keep forever. No one apart from me has access to these files
